Meet the North Coast Family Wellness Team

The mission of North Coast Family Wellness is to share the benefits of functional medicine, such as using foods and nutraceuticals to balance blood chemistry and hormones. Our compassionate team understands the value of our services and is excited to help you start your health journey today.

Dr. Amy Haynes, DC CFMP

North Coast Family Wellness was founded in 2012 by Dr. Amy Haynes, DC. Her undergraduate studies at Ohio State University led her to fulfill her doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She is trained as a functional medicine physician that works on conditions while looking at the body as a whole. Dr. Haynes is continually expanding her education and has recently obtained her Advanced Functional Medicine Degree. Her latest achievement is receiving the “Flame of Knowledge Award” given by the Kharrazian Institute. She was the first with 23 other participants worldwide in 2023 to receive this award for completing all 13 courses and the 100-Clinical Mastership Training program. The purpose of this AFMP certification is to allow the public and other healthcare professionals to identify those who have completed extensive specialty training in Functional Medicine. She has put in countless hours to expand her knowledge to better serve the community.

She is passionate about her faith, family, professional colleagues, and health experience. Her role in wellness is nothing short of great values, the core of her daily lifestyle, and part of her supportive community. Dr. Haynes combines the latest research studies, compassion, and smart technology with a whole-body approach that benefits everyone.

Alexis Webb, Assistant

Alexis’ role with North Coast Family Wellness is to assist Dr. Amy Haynes with all of the patient scheduling, paperwork, ordering, and financials. She has worked as an office assistant in an alternative and functional medicine setting for nearly ten years and is dedicated to helping our patients be and feel like the best versions of themselves.

When Alexis is not spending her time assisting patients, she most enjoys being a wife and mother. You can find her and her family working on never-ending home improvements, tending to their small flock of chickens, and spending time together doing basic everyday life.

“Our family is a circle of strength, founded by faith, joined by love, and kept by God.”
